Job description

Butler Rose is currently working with an established Professional Services organisation who are looking for an Audit Manager to join their dynamic team.

You will oversee teams carrying out audit engagements and be a point of liaison for clients.  You’ll closely work with the team to resolve audit, accounting and other issues, using various tools and technologies at your disposal.

Responsibilities

  • Selecting teams and assigning workloads
  • Developing audit strategy
  • Setting and monitoring budgets
  • Anticipating client concerns and addressing problems as they arise
  • Using analytics, artificial intelligence and other technologies
  • Process flow automation to perform data interrogation and analysis of client data

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of public accounting or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • A licensed CPA in New York
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to travel

Preferred Qualifications
