Job description
Butler Rose is currently partnered with a prestigious Professional Services organisation – they are in the market for an experienced Audit Manager to join their established team.
Responsibilities
- Assist with audits and accounts compilations for clients
- Analyze and prepare financial statements
- Evaluate and review internal controls
- Assist with the co-ordination of planning and fieldwork
- Preparation of tax closings and compilations
- Coordinate audit requests to meet time constraints and client deadlines
- Supervise and train staff
- Communicate with Senior Management and contribute to strong client relationships
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience within a public accounting firm
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of accounting standards
- Well developed organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work well independently and as a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- CPA, or currently in progress
