Job description

The Role:

The Manager will be a key member of the team managing financial planning and analysis and the main liaison for planning, projection, budgeting and other duties.


  • Support and assist in the leading of the annual budgeting process.
  • Help manage annual and long-range projections, including 3, 5 and 10 year plans.
  • Primary liaison for other internal departments.
  • Develop and coordinate various financial and accounting reports and projects.
  • Analyze potential new business ventures for fiscal and commercial viability.
  • Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of current business lines and future strategy.
  • Manage costs/spending across various departments and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring adherence to fiscal processes and discipline throughout the organization.
  • Work closely with the accounting team to support the monthly close process.
  • Be the go-to Business Partner for the executive leadership team


  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • At least 5 years experience in Accounting or Finance, including strong FP&A experience.
  • Highly developed communication and leadership skills.
  • The ability to manage expectations of senior stakeholders in an organization.
  • Demonstrable problem resolution and project management skills.
