Job description

Butler Rose is currently partnered with a dynamic organisation that are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join their Finance team. You will be supporting the Accounting Team and Finance Director with strategic planning and delivery.


  • Ability to review project profitability and build reports to analyze progress and key metrics
  • Communicate with customers on a daily basis in order to coordinate necessary invoicing requirements
  • Operate closely with Project Management to keep updated records of project completion percentages
  • Work with the warehouse and logistics departments in order to maintain an accurate inventory count
  • Able to manage Journal Entries and additional functions within our Accounting Software
  • Communicate with customers daily for billing and invoicing purposes
  • Adept understanding of ERP, CRM and Accounting software
  • Capable of submitting weekly, monthly and annual reports to executive stakeholders
  • Monitor process flow, assist with the control of internal policies and maintain compliance with State, Federal and Local laws.


  • Superior organizational skills
  • High level understanding of Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Elite ability to operate computer software such as CRM, Accounting and ERP systems
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Professionalism, can handle situations under pressure
  • A strong desire to win, learn and grow
  • Commitment to the hours necessary to complete assignments
  • Quick Books experience is preferred

  • CPA
